How do I top up my wallet?
Add money to your Tanzahost wallet by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, in US dollars, or save a card to pay monthly.

Open Wallet in the top bar, choose Top up, pick an amount, and choose Pay. A secure card page opens, where you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Top up once
Open Wallet in the top bar.
Choose Top up.
Under Amount, pick one, or choose Other amount and type yours.
Check the Summary: You pay, and Your balance becomes.
Choose Pay. On the card page, type your card, or use Apple Pay or Google Pay.
If your bank asks, confirm the payment in its app or with a code. The page updates by itself.
The money is in your wallet as soon as the bank says yes, and the receipt comes by email. If the page says Topping up isn't set up yet, card top-ups aren't switched on yet; your wallet and its charges still work.
How you can pay
| Way to pay | What works |
|---|---|
| Cards | Visa, Mastercard or American Express |
| Phone wallets | Apple Pay or Google Pay, on phones and browsers that have them |
| Currency | US dollars, from a card from any country |
We never see your card number: you type it only on the card page.
Pay monthly instead
Rather than topping up, open Wallet and choose Save a card under Pay monthly by card. Your card then pays what you used on the 1st of each month, or sooner if a month's usage grows large.
How long your money lasts
Your wallet shows about how many days it lasts at today's use. We remind you when 7, 3 and 1 days are left.
