You can move one app or site to another of your projects in the same location.
Open the app, then its Settings tab, then Danger zone.
Choose Move to another project.
Pick the project. Only your projects in the same location are listed.
Under What it uses, choose which databases go with it. A database only this app uses can move with it; one it shares with other apps stays.
Choose Move.
What moves
Its code, versions, variables, domains, kept folders and logs. Variables shared by the old project stay there. A database that doesn't move stays in the old project, and the app no longer reaches it: connect another one, or move the database with it.
There's no change in price, since it stays in the same location, and no downtime: the app starts in its new project before the old one stops.
Owners and developers move apps. To move a whole project to another account, use the project's Settings.
